Book your PARTY with us!

We’d love to host you for your upcoming special event (birthday parties, holiday celebrations, youth group, etc) at Southside Ice Arena. Join us during our Open Skate session and provide a fun, family friendly party everyone will enjoy!

Party Packages

We offer two fun-filled party packages — both include skate time, setup support, and refreshments.

Party Package 1

$13 per guest

(10 guest minimum)

Includes:

  • Access to the Party Nook

  • Open Skate Admission

  • Skate Rentals

  • Setup & Cleanup (tablecloth and birthday banner included)

  • Choice of Vanilla or Chocolate Ice Cream Cups

  • One 12 oz Soft Drink per person

Party Package 2

$16 per guest

(10 guest minimum)

Includes:

  • Access to the Party Nook

  • Open Skate Admission

  • Skate Rentals

  • Setup & Cleanup (tablecloth and birthday banner included)

  • Two Slices of Mineo’s Cheese Pizza per person

  • One 12 oz Soft Drink per person

  • Choice of Vanilla or Chocolate Ice Cream Cup

Parties are booked during open skate times. If you are looking for a private event option for larger group please email danielle@southsidearena.com To book your party, complete the form on our website and we will contact you within 3 business days. Once a party is confirmed via email, a minimum of $60 non refundable deposit is due at booking. We will also confirm with you the number or party guests a week before your booking. These party packages can not be altered per guest, prices are as shown. Our party space capacity is 30 people.

Party Terms and Conditions

Please review the following terms before booking your party:

Payment & Booking

  • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

  • Remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

  • Payment of the deposit confirms your acceptance of these terms.

Safety & Participation

  • All skating participants must sign a waiver at the skate rental desk.

  • Gloves and helmets are strongly recommended for all skaters.

  • Skate walkers are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • No foreign objects permitted on the ice (e.g., pucks, sticks, chairs, toys).

Supervision & Conduct

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.

  • Any damages caused by party activities will result in additional charges.

  • Pinatas, party poppers, confetti, and silly string are not allowed.

Decorations & Setup

  • You are welcome to bring decorations, but:

    • Decorations may not be nailed or screwed into any surface.

    • The party nook features brick walls.

  • No outside food is permitted other than cake or cupcakes.

Photography & Privacy

  • Guests are welcome to photograph or film their party.

  • Please be respectful of other guests’ privacy in public areas.
